  1. The problem

    The deadline was the brief.

    A presentation date and a set of government tenders, neither of which would move. Research, then design, then build could not reach either. The client had renders, a domain and hosting. Nothing else existed yet.

  2. What we did

    Everything ran at once.

    Design, build, content and setup ran in parallel rather than in sequence. A working landing page went over on day seven; the full site was published on day eleven. Everything after that was built on top of a site already running.

  3. The outcome

    Ready before anyone else.

    Asaka City walked into the tender process with the site, the presentation and the report already in hand. Two tenders won — and a third of buyers now meet the development through the site.
