A range,before the start.
Almost nobody in this market shows a figure at all. These are the ranges our work lands in — approximate on purpose, and enough to tell you whether to keep reading.
- Smaller pieces
- Under 25 000 kr
- Most projects
- 25 000 – 150 000 kr
- Platforms
- Six figures and up
- Every quote
- Agreed in four days
Approximate figures in Swedish kronor, excl. moms — VAT registration in process. Anything with requirements of its own is counted on its own.
Where projectsactually land.
Five sizes of the same care. Each one is quoted on its own, and you get your number before any work starts.
- 01
Landing page
One page with one job — written, designed, built and measured.
10 000 – 40 000 kr2–3 weeks - 02
Business website
Eight to twenty pages, a content model, and a team who can edit it.
25 000 – 90 000 kr6–9 weeks - 03
E-commerce
Real stock, real payments, and someone who answers when it breaks.
45 000 – 180 000 kr8–14 weeks - 04
Systems & dashboards
The tool your business runs on. Roles, records, integrations, exports.
90 000 – 350 000 kr10–16 weeks - 05
Platforms & products
Multi-tenant, billed, scaled. Quoted one module at a time, so you can stop after any of them.
300 000 kr and upFrom 24 weeks
These are where the work has landed, not a price list. Automations, integrations and single pieces of design are quoted separately, and usually sit inside the first two ranges.
What the feealready covers.
Four things most studios add at the end. None of them is a separate line on our quotes.
- 01
The first year of running it
We provide a domain of your choosing and a Swedish server for the first year, included in the project fee. Unusual setups are agreed in advance.
- 02
Three months of care
Fixes, small changes and someone who answers, for ninety days after launch. Not a warranty with clauses — just us, still here.
- 03
Everything in your name
Domain, code, hosting and analytics, registered to you from day one. Leaving us should cost nothing except the leaving.
- 04
One number, agreed first
A fee settled before anything is built, not an hourly meter. Where a scope is genuinely hard to pin down, we say so and agree how it is handled.
15% under the quote
The first five Swedish projects we take at these published ranges come in fifteen percent under the quoted fee. Five, and then it closes.
Care, from 1 200 kr / month
Hosting, renewals, certificates, backups, monitoring, patches and an hour of changes. One month's notice — or take the keys and run it yourself.
The ones aboutmoney.
The rest live on the page for whatever you are having made. These six arrive before any of that.
Because a price without a scope is a guess, and a guess we have printed is one we would end up defending rather than revising. The range tells you whether to keep reading. The call tells you the number, and nothing in between costs you anything.
Integrations, mostly — every system that has to agree with another one is a week. After that it is how many unique page layouts there are, whether the content already exists, and how many languages it has to be right in.
For most projects, yes: one number, agreed before the work starts, with no hourly meter behind it. Where a scope genuinely cannot be pinned down yet, we say so at the start and agree with you how it is handled — you will never see a figure you have not already talked about.
In three parts: twenty percent to start, forty when there is something working to look at, and forty at launch. Larger work is split across modules instead, so you are never more than one stage committed. The split and the practical details are agreed with you before anything is signed.
Then it is a platform rather than a website, and it is quoted one module at a time so you can stop after any of them. We will say that on the first call rather than the fourth.
Yes, and it is usually the better conversation. Tell us the number and you will get back what fits inside it, what does not, and which half is worth doing first.
The next onestarts here.
Tell us what you are building. If it is a fit you will have an offer — and if not, we’ll tell you upfront.
