KDM Uzbekistan

A 2015 template became the catalogue clinics order from.

The official distributor of German medical brands in Uzbekistan had a 2015 template site, a full server and no developer. We rebuilt it as a multilingual catalogue with a cart, an internal platform and API, a product photoshoot and the servers — and support it still.

  1. The problem

    A catalogue nobody could keep.

The old template site was hard to edit, its server was out of space, search engines ignored it and the original developer was gone. Clinics still asked for prices by phone and in spreadsheets.

  2. What we did

Site, platform and API as one system.

A catalogue in Russian, Uzbek and English with search, favourites and a cart that sends a structured request. Behind it, an admin platform with roles, an API, stock sync, messenger alerts and proposals built from live catalogue data.

  3. The outcome

Nine new clinics, over $150,000 in contracts.

Through the site, nine new clinics signed regular supply contracts worth more than $150,000. The client then signed a five-year support agreement.

The film
The five-second ad: a catalogue is only as honest as the warehouse behind it.
How it ran

  • People finally have room to do proper work. Checking stock, copying lists and preparing the same documents used to eat the day; now the catalogue, requests and proposals are connected.
