Meraas

Twenty apartments, twenty addresses.

A Tashkent developer building since 2002 had twenty layouts behind one shared page, so a buyer could not send a flat to their family. We rebuilt the site around its complexes, gave every layout its own address and tied each enquiry to the apartment it came from.

The developer's own published figures.

  1. The problem

A flat you could not send to anyone.

Twenty layouts opened through one shared page. Buyers could not save an apartment or share it, and managers spent the first minutes of each call working out which one had been seen.

  2. What we did

Every layout got its own page.

We rebuilt the site around five complexes and gave each of the twenty layouts a URL with its plan, area, floor and renders. Every form sends the layout and complex with the contact, to the messenger and the sales dashboard.

  3. The outcome

    Enquiries that name the flat.

In the first full month the site brought 187 enquiries: 118 named a layout, 44 booked a viewing and 11 reached a contract.

  • Ads used to lead to a complex page, and the manager had to ask again what the buyer wanted. Now we run a campaign straight to one layout and see which ones really draw attention.
