Golden Life

From the first banner to a university offer.

An education centre in Uzbekistan helps students get into Chinese universities. We built one system around the whole journey — brand, photoshoot, a university catalogue, preparatory courses, an admissions dashboard, messenger alerts, ads and print.

  1. The problem

Every family asked the same questions.

University details, fees and requirements lived in documents and chats. Enquiries came from social media, and managers had to ask again what each student wanted. The site, the ads and the office materials looked like three different companies.

  2. What we did

One path, from banner to offer.

The brand and photoshoot ran beside the site. Ten universities became records with city, degrees, fees and campus photos, and every form carries the chosen university or course into an admissions dashboard and to Telegram and WhatsApp.

  3. The outcome

A whole intake, visible end to end.

The first full intake brought 300 consultations, about 40% more than the one before. Over 100 applications went in and over 70 students received offers; 72% of enquiries arrived with a university already chosen.

  4. Admissions dashboard
  5. Messengers & analytics
  6. Ads, print & hosting

A diagram of how the work was arranged, not a timed schedule. The site went live in week six; managers worked in the dashboard MVP from week ten.

From a banner to an offer

The choice travels with the student.

A form sent from a university or course page arrives already naming it, and the dashboard follows the student through to an offer.

  • A question like which university is cheaper and what documents it needs used to mean opening several files. Now we turn one screen to the parent, compare the options and create an application with the university already chosen.
