- Dispatch and live tracking
The company's own published figures.
- The problem
Forty calls a day asking where the truck was.
Shippers phoned dispatch to find their load, quote requests arrived half filled in, and recruiters collected every driver's details by phone. The old site weighed 15 MB on first load.
- What we did
Three jobs, each with its own path.
Quote, track and apply. Tracking takes one VIN and reads the ELD system, no account needed. The driver application checks CDL, Hazmat and TWIC before it sends, and QR codes on truck doors open it with that truck's ID.
- The outcome
The site took the calls.
Calls about a load's location fell from 40–45 a day to 7–9, as 68% of clients tracked their own truck. Quote requests rose 43%, and 38% of driver applications now come from QR codes.
