  1. The problem

    A landmark with a PDF for a website.

    Twice a day, on the commuter train, we pass a striking new tower in Sollentuna. Looking it up, we found surprisingly little: a PDF brochure and a two-minute video. So we asked what a premium residence should give the people deciding on it, and, with our hands free, whether AI could build it.

  2. What we did

    Only public material, AI in the middle of it.

    From the brochure, the renders and the published facts we built a scroll story, 70 home pages and a picker that lights any floor of the real render. Seniors audited the sources and deployed; middles built the site with Claude Code; AI made the films, the aerial and the views.

  3. The outcome

    Half the time, and a clear line where AI stopped.

    A project like this used to take us two months at least; this one took four weeks. AI took the repetitive work and fixed a wrong render on request, but no prompt could redraw the building faithfully or split it into homes you can pick. Those 53 shapes were traced by hand.
